I'M MEAGAN

As a teenage girl inspired by rom-coms of the 2000's, I was convinced that one day I would be a wedding planner. I even had an expanding file folder that was organized by each wedding event and those events were in alphabetical order. I scoured through every wedding magazine I could get my hands on and filled that folder to the brim!
Spoiler alert, I did end up being an event planner, but I found that my true passion actually landed in the organization of anything and everything. After earning a Marketing degree, my first job was as a retail manager of collegiate apparel. I also dabbled in outside sales before I landed a job planning events for a popular entertainment venue. I gained experience with both social and corporate events. A few years later, I joined the marketing team for a large company where I gained experience in project management, created work flow processes for commercial onboarding, planned sales team trainings and an annual international sales meeting for over 100 employees. I gained popularity from my superiors and peers for my attention to detail and proactive measures during project planning and execution. Throughout my professional development, the one overriding revelation I've discovered is that I thrive when I'm surrounded by organization of a multitude of moving parts.
In my personal life, I've been blessed with an incredible husband and, because God has a sense of humor, twin kiddos. Needless to say, I have no choice but to use those organizational skills daily. I'm known among my friends as "the researcher" because I love a good spreadsheet. Totally unrelated to organizing, I have a very special place in my heart for women facing both chronic illness and infertility and do my best to continue my education in those topics. In my free time, you can find me spending time outdoors with my family, organizing my pantry or restoring antique furniture - all with a latte in hand.
